Honduras native Luis Gabriel Rodriguez-Ruiz, a 33-year-old reprobate, was handed the book today in a federal courtroom for his audacious return to the United States after a previous deportation. Rodriguez-Ruiz faced a one-count Indictment charging him with illegal re-entry of a removed alien and will serve no additional time beyond the five months already spent behind bars.
The court records reveal that Rodriguez-Ruiz was first caught in the U.S. on December 13, 2016, only to have been deported on February 14, 2013. Now, he’ll be sent back for removal proceedings, all due to his brazen attempt to cross the line again.
