Jaime Pelletier, 39, of Melbourne, was sentenced to 17 years and 6 months in federal prison by Senior U.S. District Judge John Antoon II for distributing methamphetamine. Pelletier pleaded guilty to the charges on October 16, 2025.

The sentence was announced by United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe.

According to the plea agreement, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office used a confidential source to conduct two controlled purchases of drugs from Pelletier at her home. The total amount of methamphetamine involved in the transactions was over 420 grams of pure methamphetamine.

Following the controlled purchases, a search warrant was executed at Pelletier’s residence. The lengthy sentence handed down to Pelletier is a testament to the dedication of law enforcement agencies in Brevard County to combating the scourge of methamphetamine distribution in their community.
