ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico – In a shocking revelation, a U.S. citizen has been charged with alien smuggling in New Mexico. Jarol Wilberto Arroyo-Cerin, a 34-year-old man from Albuquerque, was arrested on June 27, 2025, after U.S. Border Patrol agents stopped a flat-bed tractor trailer driven by him.
