Jena Marie Osborn, Meth Trafficking, Arkansas 2026

LITTLE ROCK – A Jacksonville woman has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for trafficking methamphetamine, authorities announced today.

Jena Marie Osborn, 46, was sentenced by United States District Judge James M. Moody, Jr. on April 1, 2026, to 240 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. She will begin serving her federal sentence after completing her state prison sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Osborn, a multi-convicted felon, pleaded guilty to the charge on November 4, 2025. She was also sentenced to five years of supervised release, which will begin after her federal prison sentence is completed.

The investigation into Osborn’s activities began in May 2025, when the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) utilized a confidential source to infiltrate a large-scale methamphetamine distributor. The investigation revealed that Osborn agreed to sell large quantities of methamphetamine to the source on multiple occasions.

On June 5, 2025, the DEA conducted a controlled buy of over a pound of methamphetamine from Osborn, and she was subsequently arrested. A search of her vehicle uncovered several bags of suspected methamphetamine, which were later confirmed to contain 568.8 grams of the substance.

Osborn has a lengthy criminal history, including prior convictions for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, and maintaining a drug premises. As a result, she was classified as a career offender and subject to an enhanced sentence.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Reese Lancaster, and the investigation was conducted by the DEA with assistance from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.
