A Rapid City man has been charged with illegally possessing a firearm, according to a federal indictment.
Julion Graham, age 26, was indicted on May 19, 2022, for Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.

Graham appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Daneta Wollmann on May 24, 2022, and pleaded not guilty to the Indictment.
The investigation is being conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Rapid City Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Benjamin Patterson is prosecuting the case.
Graham was detained pending trial. A trial date has not been set.
