Grimy Times Exclusive: Red Lake Man Charged with Sexual Abuse of a Minor
Keith Allen Ehrich, 38, of Red Lake, Minnesota, has been charged with two federal crimes related to the sexual abuse of a minor, according to a federal indictment unsealed in U.S. District Court.
According to the allegations in the indictment, between August 2017 and October 11, 2020, Ehrich knowingly engaged in the sexual abuse of a minor.
The charges against Ehrich include:
Sexual abuse of a minor, 1 count
Abusive sexual contact with a child, 1 count
Ehrich made his initial appearance earlier today before Magistrate Judge David T. Schultz in U.S. District Court.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Alexander D. Chiquoine.
The charges contained in the indictment are merely accusations, and Ehrich is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
