Gene Mondalto, 37, of Kingston, New Hampshire, pleaded guilty on January 21, 2016, in United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to possessing child pornography, announced United States Attorney Emily Gray Rice.
According to investigators, a joint operation by the New Hampshire Crimes Against Children Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations Manchester, and the Kingston, New Hampshire Police Department led to the execution of a search warrant at Mondalto’s residence in August 2015. Several hundred images of child pornography were discovered on his laptop computer.
