Lincoln Woman Sentenced for Methamphetamine Conspiracy

A Lincoln woman has been sentenced to 10 years and 10 months in prison for her role in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy in the Lincoln area. Stacy Lynn Henry, 40, was sentenced on September 9, 2014 for her involvement in the conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute at least 500 grams of methamphetamine between January 2012 and October 2013.

According to information provided to law enforcement, Henry was responsible for the distribution of more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 18 ounces, in the Lincoln area during the specified time frame.

The Lincoln/Lancaster County Drug Task Force investigated the case, which led to Henry’s sentencing.

Following her prison term, Henry will serve five years on supervised release. The lengthy sentence reflects the severity of the crime and the impact it had on the community.

The case highlights the ongoing struggle against methamphetamine distribution in the Lincoln area and the importance of law enforcement efforts to combat this type of crime.
