Man Indicted for Importing Tramadol
SCRANTON—A Luzerne County man is facing serious charges after being indicted for unlawfully importing controlled substances. Joseph Waschko, age 37, of Sugarloaf, Pennsylvania, was charged with three counts of unlawfully importing Tramadol, a Schedule IV controlled substance, from India, Germany, Singapore, and Switzerland to Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
