Manuel Antonio Nunez-Ortega, a/k/a “Julio Ricardo Fratichelli-Hernandez,” of Allentown, PA, has been charged with a federal crime.
Nunez-Ortega, an alien, and native and citizen of the Dominican Republic, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about September 20, 2012.
The indictment alleges that on or about December 6, 2016, Nunez-Ortega was found in the United States.
Nunez-Ortega faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years if convicted.
The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations (“ERO”), and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Sarah T. Damiani.
