Maria Gonzalez, Methamphetamine Distribution, Oklahoma 2018

Grimy Times has obtained the results of the October 2019 Federal Grand Jury in Oklahoma.

A total of three individuals have been charged with various crimes related to the distribution of methamphetamine.

Maria Gonzalez, 49, of Commerce, Oklahoma, has been charged with maintaining a drug-involved premises, distribution of methamphetamine, and drug conspiracy. According to the indictment, Gonzalez is accused of knowingly distributing methamphetamine on August 23, 2018, August 5, 2019, and September 12, 2019.

Gonzalez is also charged with knowingly distributing 5 grams or more of methamphetamine on August 5, 2019. Her co-defendant, Jorge Alberto Moreno, 38, of Commerce, Oklahoma, is charged with knowingly distributing 5 grams or more of methamphetamine on March 21, 2019, and 50 grams or more of methamphetamine on March 27, 2019, and April 22, 2019.

Both Gonzalez and Moreno are also charged with conspiring to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and distributing methamphetamine. The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs and the Drug Enforcement Administration are the investigative agencies.

Enrique Beltran Prado, 32, of Commerce, Oklahoma, has also been charged with drug conspiracy, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and maintaining a drug-involved premises.

Prado is accused of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and knowingly possessing with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine.
