Mark Linnehan, H Block Gang Associate Pleads Guilty to Drug Conspiracy, Massachusetts 2024

BOSTON, MA – Mark Linnehan, 26, of West Roxbury, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.

Linnehan was one of 10 H-Block gang members and associates charged in August 2024, following a multi-year investigation of H-Block beginning in 2021 in response to an uptick in gang-related drug trafficking, shootings and violence.

According to court documents, over 500 grams of cocaine, cocaine base (crack cocaine) and fentanyl, as well as over 20,000 doses of drug-laced paper were seized during the investigation.

From 2022 through 2023, Linnehan, a long-time H-Block gang associate, participated in a conspiracy to distribute various controlled substances, in particular, fentanyl and cocaine.

Linnehan was a supplier of fentanyl to his co-conspirators and also engaged in various drug deals with an undercover officer.

Linnehan is the ninth defendant to plead guilty in the case.

U.S. District Court Judge Leo T. Sorokin scheduled sentencing for April 7, 2026.

The charge of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances provides for a sentence of up to 20 years in prison, at least three years and up to life of supervised release and a fine of up to $1 million.
