In a shocking revelation, Bridgeport officials have confirmed the existence of a birth certificate mill operating in the city. The scheme, exposed by a New York newspaper, has been found to be more than just a rumor. Investigation into the issuance of birth certificates revealed a staggering 95 years of possible racketeering. Out of 40 certificates issued on affidavits, a disturbing 31 were discovered to be legitimate. However, four certificates were deemed questionable and were returned by the individuals who obtained them.
