Brian De Jesus-Garibaldi, 20, of San Luis, Arizona, is also charged with possession with intent to distribute 5 kilograms or more of cocaine on April 30, 2026. William Finely, Sr., 61, of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Jason D. McCain, 46, of Grand Island, Nebraska, are among the other defendants facing serious charges.
