Justin Leon Westbrook, a 43-year-old resident of McAlester, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to federal charges of distributing methamphetamine and possessing a firearm. The crimes occurred on July 23, 2025, and July 29, 2025, in Oklahoma. Westbrook’s guilty plea comes after an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Westbrook was charged with knowingly and intentionally distributing 5 grams or more of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance. He was also charged with possessing a semi-automatic pistol with an obliterated serial number, which is illegal for a convicted felon like Westbrook.
