Marcus Dewayne Gulley, Meth Trafficking, California 2022

⏱ 2 min read

A ruthless crew of West Coast meth peddlers is facing life in the slammer after getting caught up in a federal takedown in Pensacola. Marcus Dewayne Gulley, 53, Tristian R. Harris, 38, and Monteles Terrell Burden, 40, all with ties to California and Florida, were indicted on charges of conspiring to peddle meth, money laundering, and using phones to facilitate their crimes.

The feds say the trio was dealing in significant quantities of the deadly stimulant, and their alleged schemes were just what the DEA and USPIS needed to crack open Operation Take Back America.

The three defendants appeared in federal court in Pensacola, where they face a minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison if convicted. Their trial is set for May 18.

The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty, but the evidence against them is mounting. The feds have a reputation for taking down even the toughest players, and it’s likely these meth dealers will be singing a different tune by the time the trial rolls around.
