Jennifer Suing, a 49-year-old Lincoln woman, was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for possessing with intent to distribute large quantities of methamphetamine in Lincoln, Nebraska. The sentencing came after a lengthy investigation by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force, which included multiple controlled buys and a search warrant that uncovered significant amounts of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Suing’s crimes were committed in February 2025, and she had multiple prior convictions for serious drug felonies. The investigation led to her downfall, and she was sentenced on July 30, 2026.
The task force performed three controlled buys on Suing, who also went by the names Jennifer Loving and Jennifer Lovings, between February 10 and 26, 2025. During these buys, an undercover informant purchased a total of 18 grams of methamphetamine from Suing. After the third buy, law enforcement executed a search warrant on Suing’s hotel room, where they found 40 grams of marijuana and approximately five ounces of methamphetamine, which contained at least 130 grams of pure methamphetamine.
Suing’s history of drug convictions was a significant factor in her sentencing. She had previously been convicted of conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Her prior convictions, combined with the large quantity of methamphetamine found in her possession, led to the 25-year sentence. Suing will also serve a 10-year term of supervised release after her prison term.
