The sentences reflect the danger posed by these defendants and the harm caused by flooding communities with methamphetamine and other illicit drugs.
Glenn was sentenced to serve 260 months in prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release. Short-Barcenas was sentenced to serve 48 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. The sentences are a result of the Operation Take Back America investigation, which targets drug trafficking organizations and aims to make communities safer.
Other codefendants, including Cory Wilson, 41, of Milledgeville, have also pleaded guilty and face sentencing. Wilson pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine on July 20 and faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison up to a maximum of life in prison.
