According to court documents, Garcia’s fall from grace began on July 27, 2025, when a joint operation involving the Westside Interagency Narcotics (WIN) team, FBI, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) executed a federal search warrant at his residence in Salem. The results were chilling: investigators found approximately 32 pounds of fentanyl, 11 pounds of heroin, an automated money counter, and cash on the scene.
