A Mexican national, Genaro Torres-Rizo, 48, was arrested on February 22, 2025, in Chillicothe, Missouri, for illegal reentry into the United States. Torres-Rizo, who has been removed from the US five times, was previously convicted of illegal reentry by a removed alien in the District of New Mexico in 2013. He was sentenced to three months in federal prison without parole for his latest offense.
