Misael Dominguez-Adorno, a 24-year-old man from Beloit, Wisconsin, has been charged with two counts of using minors to produce child pornography, according to a federal indictment.
The indictment, returned yesterday by a federal grand jury sitting in Madison, Wisconsin, alleges that Dominguez-Adorno created videos in October 2020 and March 2022, featuring two minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Dominguez-Adorno was arrested in Beloit today and will make an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Madison today.
If convicted, Dominguez-Adorno faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in federal prison on each charge.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth Altman is handling the prosecution.
The charges against Dominguez-Adorno are the result of an investigation by the Beloit Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation.
