Muldrow Man Pleads Guilty to Methamphetamine Distribution

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – A 57-year-old man from Muldrow, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to a serious crime. Gregory Martin Williams, 57, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, has admitted to Possession With Intent To Distribute Methamphetamine.

According to federal prosecutors, the crime took place on August 30, 2016. Williams knowingly and intentionally possessed a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The charge against Williams arose from an investigation by the District 27 Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Assistant United States Attorney Christopher Wilson represented the United States in the case.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Kimberly E. West accepted Williams’ plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report. If convicted, Williams faces up to 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $1,000,000, or both.
