According to court documents, in November 2013, ZDON was arrested by special agents with the United States Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations (“HSI”) after they determined that ZDON was responsible for creating and posting videos depicting the sexual exploitation of children on the Internet.

ZDON has been in custody since his arrest. Sentencing is scheduled for June 18, 2014, before U.S. District Judge Susie Morgan.
