Child Predator Sentenced to 16 Years in Prison
MADISON, WIS. – A Janesville man has been sentenced to 16 years in federal prison for producing child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Wisconsin.
Noah Eisele, 36, of Madison, was sentenced on March 2, 2022, by Chief U.S. District Judge James D. Peterson to 16 years in federal prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release, for using minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing images of that conduct.
Eisele pleaded guilty to this charge on March 2, 2022. He was arrested after the Rock County Sheriff’s Office uncovered his activity in February 2021, following a tip from Facebook that one of his accounts was sharing child pornography.
According to the investigation, Eisele created a Facebook account and posed as a teenage boy to solicit young girls for sexually explicit photos and videos. He instructed them to send him images and videos of themselves, and even sent them explicit content of himself. The victims ranged in age from 11 to 17.
U.S. Attorney Timothy M. O’ Shea said that Eisele’s sentence was justified due to his pattern of predation and aggressive recruitment of girls online. The judge also noted that the child pornography requested by Eisele was particularly degrading, including requests for bondage/dominance/submission/masochism content.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Taylor L. Kraus prosecuted the case. The charge against Eisele was the result of an investigation by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
