Ohio Man Charged with Illegal Reentry

Audiel Sanchez-Colin, 37, has been charged with illegally reentering the United States after being deported twice. The indictment, announced by U.S. Attorney Steven M. Dettelbach for the Northern District of Ohio, alleges that Sanchez-Colin was previously removed from the US to Mexico on February 22, 2008, and October 7, 2009.

Sanchez-Colin is accused of returning to the US despite being deported, a serious offense that can carry significant penalties.
