Lee Grant Clark, Production of Child Pornography, Oklahoma 2024

STILLWATER, OK – The grim headlines roll in from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Oklahoma, as Lee Grant Clark, 78, of Stillwater, is staring down a life sentence after being charged with two counts of production of child pornography and four other severe offenses.

The charges, announced by U.S. Attorney Robert J. Troester, stem from an FBI investigation that began when agents tracked a computer user requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) through a file-sharing platform. The trail led to Clark’s home in Stillwater, where police officers from the Stillwater Police Department informed agents of an earlier report involving Clark’s alleged sexual abuse of two minors, which took place around 2004.

The Indictment filed against Clark further alleges that he produced CSAM on at least two occasions and sexually abused minors under the age of 12. The FBI is now actively seeking to identify any additional potential victims associated with this case.

Victims or anyone with information can reach out to the FBI via LGC-Victims@fbi.gov. Clark, if found guilty, faces a maximum sentence of life in federal prison and fines totaling up to $250,000 for each count. The U.S. Attorney’s Office emphasizes that these charges are merely allegations, and Clark is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

This chilling case is the result of an intensive investigation by the FBI Oklahoma City Field Office (Stillwater Resident Agency) and the Stillwater Police Department, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Jordan Ganz leading the prosecution.

Project Safe Childhood (PSC), a DOJ initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse, is also involved in this case. For more information on PSC, visit www.justice.gov/psc. The public is reminded that any references to public filings for additional information are available.
