Eugene, Ore. – David Christopher Noble, 48, from Prineville, Oregon, faced federal prison for his role in a sickening conspiracy to torture and murder monkeys, and distribute videos of these acts online.
Noble was sentenced to 48 months behind bars and three years of supervised release. His sinister scheme involved raising funds for the production of videos depicting the suffering and death of monkeys, which he shared with other like-minded individuals.
“The victims in this case cannot speak for themselves,” said Nathan J. Lichvarcik, Chief of the U.S. Attorney’s Office. “Today’s sentence should make it clear to others engaged in this heinous conduct that they will be held responsible.”
Noble’s sickening messages revealed his enjoyment of prolonged pain and suffering. He expressed a desire for monkeys to suffer before being killed, describing their sounds as his favorite.
Former Air Force officer Noble had previously been dismissed from the service for fraud and an unprofessional relationship. His Prineville residence was searched in February 2023, revealing numerous animal abuse videos and firearms.
Noble pleaded guilty on January 10, 2024, to conspiring to engage in animal crushing and creating and distributing animal crush videos.
