Gunfire ripped through a Blue Springs, Missouri, night on September 17, 2022, when Jeffrey S. Hannah, a 43-year-old Pagan’s Motorcycle Gang member, and his crew ambushed a lone rival biker.
Armed with firearms and an axe handle, Hannah and his accomplices chased the victim from the road, forcing him to pull over. The gang then confronted the victim on the side of the road, unleashing a hail of bullets that left the victim with seven gunshot wounds.
The victim’s lucky to be alive, but Hannah’s luck’s running out. He pleaded guilty to one count of assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering and one count of possession of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
Under federal law, Hannah faces a minimum of five years in prison and up to life without parole. The sentencing hearing will determine his fate.
