A 32-year-old Pennsylvania man has been arrested and charged with attempted enticement and coercion of a minor in New York. Peter N. Allen, of East Stroudsburg, was taken into custody after he drove from Pennsylvania to Broome County, expecting to meet an 11-year-old girl at her home.
