Philadelphia Man Charged for Felon in Possession of Firearm
James Robinson, 34, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been charged with Felon in Possession of Firearm, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
According to the indictment, Robinson faces a maximum possible sentence of 10 years imprisonment, a three-year period of supervised release, a $250,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment if convicted.
