Pine Ridge Man Sentenced to 20 Years for Aggravated Sexual Abuse
A 56-year-old Pine Ridge man has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for forcibly sexually assaulting a female in February 2017. Isadore White Calf, a resident of Pine Ridge, was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse and sentenced on January 29, 2020, by U.S. District Court Judge Jeffrey L. Viken.
The crime, which occurred at Pine Ridge, was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Megan Poppen prosecuted the case.
White Calf was indicted for the charge by a federal grand jury in July 2018. The indictment related to the sexual assault of a female in February 2017. White Calf was immediately turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service after his sentencing.
The court also ordered White Calf to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund. He will serve a lifetime of supervised release following his prison term.
