San Juan, Puerto Rico – The grim world of organized crime hit close to home on July 17, 2025, as eight individuals were indicted for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and kidnapping. United States Attorney W. Stephen Muldrow and FBI Special Agent Devin J. Kowalski announced the charges against Bryan Martínez-Albizu and seven others.

The defendants are accused of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute over 500 grams of cocaine between May 20 and 24, 2025. Five of them – Martínez-Albizu, FNU / LNU #1 (a/k/a Richard), FNU / LNU #2, FNU / LNU #3 (a/k/a Rochi), and FNU / LNU #4 – are also charged with kidnapping S.N.H. and Y.G.G., holding them for ransom.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Julian Radzinschi is leading the prosecution, while the FBI and the Puerto Rico Police Bureau are handling the investigation.

An indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
