Randolph County Man Pleads Guilty to Methamphetamine Charge

ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA – In a shocking turn of events, Richard Scott Connally, 33, of Montrose, West Virginia, has admitted to a drug charge, according to United States Attorney William Ihlenfeld.

Connally pleaded guilty to one count of ‘Possession with Intent to Distribute at Least Fifty Grams of Methamphetamine’ on October 2019 in Randolph County. This heinous crime has left the community in shock, with many calling for tougher penalties on drug offenders.
