Salisbury, NC – Meth kingpin Kenta Montrice Wright, 44, got a 10-year prison sentence for hawking over 640 grams of ice to the Charlotte area.
Between March and July 2025, Wright sold meth to an undercover cop twice. On July 21, he was busted at his Salisbury pad. Cops found more meth, weed, guns, and ammo at his crib and ride.
Wright’s been locked up since his arrest and will head to the feds’ custody soon. The DEA and Gastonia PD worked this case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Dana Washington handled the prosecution as part of ‘Operation Take Back America,’ a DOJ initiative taking on cartels and transnational gangs.
