Fort Totten Man Sentenced to 27 Years in Prison for Sex Crimes

Fargo, ND – Saunders Jamel Jackson, a 23-year-old man from Fort Totten, North Dakota, was sentenced to 27 years in federal prison followed by 25 years of supervised release for aggravated sexual abuse of a child and two counts of sexual abuse of minors.

According to court documents, Jackson pleaded guilty to these offenses on October 13, 2022. The investigation, led by the Federal Bureau of Investigations, revealed that Jackson had been abusing multiple young girls, including a 14-year-old victim who was initially reported in August 2020.
