A 25-year-old man from Manderson, South Dakota, was sentenced for Abusive Sexual Contact.
A federal grand jury indicted Skyler Two Dogs in March 2019. The charge related to Two Dogs engaging in sexual contact with a juvenile female at Pine Ridge in 2017.
According to Acting United States Attorney Dennis R. Holmes, Two Dogs was sentenced by Judge Jeffrey L. Viken on October 22, 2021, to time served, five years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Megan Poppen prosecuted the case.
