Adonte Turner, 28, and Tiffany Turner, 55, both of New Orleans, staged a car crash on November 13, 2017, by intentionally striking a tractor-trailer on Interstate 10 near Paris Road. The duo made false police reports, filed fraudulent lawsuits, and sought unnecessary medical treatment to further their scam. The motive behind the conspiracy was to commit wire fraud and reap financial benefits.
