Lomere Holliman, a 23-year-old from Syracuse, New York, was involved in a sinister plot to sell fentanyl and firearms in the city. Between March and September 2025, Holliman repeatedly sold guns, ammunition, high-capacity magazines, and fentanyl, using his firearm sales to fuel his drug trafficking business.
