MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – In a stunning turn of events, Jonathon Roy Philpott, the 44-year-old Tahlequah resident, has entered a guilty plea to one count on a Superseding Indictment for Unlawful User of Controlled Substance in Possession of Firearms and Ammunition.
