Tracey Nicole Radick, Methamphetamine Distribution and Firearm Charges, Oklahoma 2024

A notorious methamphetamine operation in Oklahoma has been dealt a significant blow as Tracey Nicole Radick, a 38-year-old resident of Gore, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to federal drug and firearm charges.

The charges against Radick stem from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office, which revealed that on February 14, 2024, Radick knowingly and intentionally possessed 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, with intent to distribute.

The indictment also alleged that Radick possessed one .22 caliber bolt action rifle, and one 9mm Luger caliber semi-automatic pistol, together with five rounds of 9mm Luger caliber ammunition, despite having been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year and knowing of that conviction.

The Honorable Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report. Radick will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending sentencing.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jordan Howanitz represented the United States. The charges against Radick carry severe penalties, including lengthy prison sentences and hefty fines.
