Kelvin Liranzo Roman, a 27-year-old member of the Manchester Chapter of the Trinitarios, pleaded guilty to racketeering charges, including his role in a 2023 double murder in Lynn, Massachusetts. On September 2, 2023, three Trinitarios members opened fire on a party celebrating a high-school graduation, killing Jandriel Heredia and Abraham Diaz, and injuring five others. Roman admitted to providing the vehicle used in the shooting, knowing it would be used to target rival gang members.
