Philadelphia Man Charged with Child Pornography

Ulric Miller, a 34-year-old Philadelphia man, was charged with possession of child pornography in a federal court.

According to the indictment, Miller was found to have possessed child pornography on July 17, 2015. The charge carries a maximum statutory sentence of 20 years in prison, a possible fine, forfeiture, restitution, at least five years of supervised release, a special assessment of $100, and, if not indigent, an additional $5,000.
