ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Marcobrien S. Volcy, the 28-year-old Rochester native with a sordid history of child pornography offenses, has once again been caught with his hand in the digital cookie jar. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo revealed today that Volcy has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography before Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford.
