Yo’Rel Le-Dari Pemberton, Fentanyl Distribution, Florida 2025

Osceola County man Yo’Rel Le-Dari Pemberton (27) has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term for his role in distributing deadly fentanyl.

On April 16, 2025, U.S. District Judge Wendy W. Berger handed down the sentence in federal court, capping a years-long investigation into Pemberton’s illicit activities.

According to court documents, Pemberton sold pills containing fentanyl to an undercover officer on six separate occasions between July 6, 2023, and June 6, 2024. In total, Pemberton sold approximately 284 grams of fentanyl to the undercover officer.

Assistant United States Attorneys Adam Nate and Patrick Flanigan prosecuted the case, which was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
