Zachary Musilli, Child Pornography, West Virginia 2021

A disturbing case of child pornography has come to light in West Virginia, with 26-year-old Zachary Musilli of Wheeling being sentenced to 5 years probation for the offense.

Musilli pleaded guilty in December 2021 to one count of ‘Possession of Child Pornography’ after admitting to having the illicit material in March 2021 in Ohio County.

According to reports, the evidence against Musilli was uncovered during an investigation by the FBI, the West Virginia Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force, and the Wheeling Police Department.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Danae DeMasi-Lemon prosecuted the case on behalf of the government, working tirelessly to bring Musilli to justice.

U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey presided over the case, handing down the sentence of 5 years probation to Musilli.
