Wheeling Woman Indicted for Failing to Register as Sex Offender

In a shocking turn of events, 55-year-old Bobbi Jo Starry of Wheeling, West Virginia, has been indicted for failing to register as a sex offender, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.

According to authorities, Starry was required to update her registry from January to August 2020 in the Northern District of West Virginia and elsewhere. However, she allegedly failed to do so, sparking a full-scale investigation into her activities.
