{‘p’: [‘In a federal court, a Clearfield woman has been sentenced to 20 months of imprisonment followed by two years of supervised release for her conviction of violating federal narcotics laws. United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced the sentence of Amy Bortot, a 53-year-old resident of Clearfield, Pennsylvania, today.’, ‘According to information presented in court, Bortot used her position as a United States Postal Service mail carrier to identify multiple addresses on her mail route. She provided these addresses to Derek Hillebrand, who then instructed his Oregon-based supplier to send parcels containing methamphetamine and marijuana to those addresses. Bortot then either delivered the parcels directly to Hillebrand or to his associates.’, ‘In total, Bortot delivered at least one parcel containing approximately 4.5 kilograms of methamphetamine and multiple parcels containing approximately 80 kilograms of marijuana to Hillebrand or his associates. United States District Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand imposed the sentence on Bortot.’, ‘Assistant United States Attorney Jonathan D. Lusty prosecuted this case on behalf of the government. United States Attorney Olshan commended the Drug Enforcement Administration, Homeland Security Investigations, United States Postal Service – Office of Inspector General, United States Postal Inspection Service, Internal Revenue Services, Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, Allegheny County Police, and Pennsylvania State Police for their efforts in the investigation.’, ‘The investigation was a part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) investigation.
