MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Angel Urbina-Ramirez, a 53-year-old Mexican national unlawfully present in Poteau, Oklahoma, has entered a guilty plea for Unlawful Reentry of a Removed Alien, a charge that could see him sentenced to up to ten years in prison and fined $250,000.00.

The plea comes after an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division revealed Urbina-Ramirez had returned to the United States on June 13, 2025, despite having been removed from the country on January 30, 2018, without permission from the Secretary of Homeland Security.
