Neumann sentenced Gagne to eight years in prison, followed by a grueling 10 years of supervised release. To add insult to injury, he must cough up $23,000 in restitution.

During a search warrant at his Augusta residence, Gagne confessed to viewing and sharing such horrifying material on Omegle. His admission led to the seizure of two cell phones and an SD card, which contained hundreds of images and videos. The HSI, MSP CCU, and Augusta Police Department worked tirelessly to bring justice.
