Methamphetamine Distribution Kingpin Sentenced to 262 Months

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – In a major blow to the Methamphetamine Distribution networks in Eastern Oklahoma, BILLY DON FULLER, a 48-year-old Spiro man, has been sentenced to 262 months in prison, followed by 5 years of supervised release for his involvement in a Drug Conspiracy and Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.

According to court records, the charge stems from an investigation by the District 16 District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Fuller was indicted in March 2014 and pleaded guilty in July 2014.

The indictment alleged that Fuller and his co-conspirators willfully and knowingly combined to commit offenses against the United States, specifically to knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute and distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.

The Honorable Ronald A. White, District Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over the hearing. Fuller will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending transportation to the federal facility at which he will serve his non-parolable sentence.

Assistant United States Attorney Shannon Henson represented the United States in this case.

The sentence is a testament to the tireless efforts of law enforcement agencies in Oklahoma who are working tirelessly to disrupt and dismantle Methamphetamine Distribution networks in the state.

The investigation and prosecution of this case would not have been possible without the cooperation and dedication of the District 16 District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
